Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa says that forget the idea that cases will be delayed now.
During the hearing of a trial, the Chief Justice of Pakistan gave his opinion on not adjourning the cases filed in the Supreme Court and said that the concept of adjournment in the cases in the Supreme Court should be considered from now on.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa in his remarks also said that there are a lot of pending cases in the Supreme Court, he will remove from the mind the notion that dates will be given in the cases.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan said that in any case, a notice will be issued to the parties on a date and a decision will be taken on the arguments in the next hearing.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that through this case, this message is for everyone that there will be no adjournment in cases, it happens in other courts to give time to submit documents, Supreme Court is the last court where all cases Decisions are already recorded
It should be remembered that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa took the oath of office as the Chief Justice of Pakistan on September 17, 2023 and he had said during the hearing of the first trial that as the Chief Justice he would try to dispose of the pending cases as soon as possible.
