Supreme Court of Pakistan hearing of medical college land case said no compromises will be made over education and health.
Three member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar conducted the hearing of the case on Tuesday where Pakistan Medical Dental College (PMDC) presented the report.
The advocate of the college said the report is in college favour.
On which justice Saqib Nisar in his remarks said that the court will review the report it is possible the repot may not up to its merit which will be rejected because no compromise will be made over education and health.
He added the court will review what quality of education is been given in the college, what level of facilities available for the doctors for training?
Health is directly connected with life so there is no compromise here as far as health is concern, Justice Saqib said.
