MOHMAND AGENCY: At least nine security personnel embraced martyrdom in two separate attacks in Mohmand agency here on Thursday.
An attack targeted two security personnel present at solar tube well site in Darwazgai area of Tehsil Ekka Ghund.
The solar-powered well was set on fire before miscreants fled the scene.
The second attack targeted a check post in Karpa area and exchange of fire was reported. The attack on check post claimed around seven lives.
Security forces circled the areas and launched search operations.
