Nine outlaws held during Islamabad raids

ISLAMABAD, Mar 4 (APP): The police have arrested ten outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered a car, weapons and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said on Friday.

He said that Aabpara police nabbed Kala Masih for having 40 gram heroin while Haq Nawaz and Abdul Majeed were held for their alleged involvement in theft case.

Bhara Kau police apprehended Umer Saeed, Mati Habib, Yasir and recovered three pistols and one 12 bore gun from them.

Another team of Bhara Kau police nabbed Wahid and Farab Raza allegedly involved in theft case and recovered stolen items worth Rs 1,50,000 from them.

Noon police recovered a Corolla car (LEC-8713) from an accused Gulzar which was found stolen from Samanabad police station.

Koral police recovered 30 bore pistol from an accused Muhammad Jan. Further investigation is underway from these nabbed persons, the spokesman added.
