New report of Baldia Town factory has been presented before a local court in Karachi and interestingly name of former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Anees Qaim Khani is not included.
As per details, the investigation officers on Saturday presented a new report of Baldia Town factory in the court.
Sources said the Anees Qaim Khani who was named accuse in the previous report, was not included in the new report presented today.
In the new Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report Rehman Bola, Mohammad Zubair, Umar Hassan Qadri and Abdul Sattar were declared proclaimed offenders while a few workers especially Asim Charia who said to be MQM worker, was blamed in touching the garments factory in Baldia town.
It is pertinent to mention here that, at least 252 people were killed when a huge fire caught Baldia Town factory in 2012.
