Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sardar Tanveer Ilyas has been elected unopposed as the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir.

Voting for the Azad Kashmir Prime Minister was scheduled to take place at half past one in the day, but the joint opposition boycotted the meeting for the election of the Prime Minister due to which there was no candidate against the PTI candidate.
