ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Tuesday approved Rs2.06 per unit cut in power tariff under the head monthly fuel price adjustment.
The NEPRA chairman has said that Central Power Purchase Agency asked the NEPRA to reduce power prices. He said that the decision would be implemented on the consumers who consume power up to 300 units per month.
NEPRA chairman Tariq Sadozai said that power consumers would be given about Rs120 billion relief by the decision.
