Islamabad: Nawaz Sharif’s lawyers have filed an application for the security bond of the former prime minister.
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s lawyers filed an application in the Islamabad High Court for protective bail filed in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references.
In the petition, it has been argued that protective bail should be granted for surrendering before the court, they want to face the cases and therefore be prevented from reaching the court by arrest.
It has been requested in the petition that Nawaz Sharif is coming to Islamabad by a special flight and he will land in Islamabad on October 21, so a security bond should be granted to reach the court.
The Registrar Office of the Islamabad High Court did not raise any objection to the applications and the Registrar Office numbered the security bond applications.
It should be noted that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will return to his homeland on the afternoon of October 21, where he will address a rally at Minar Pakistan.
