ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday has welcomed the restoration of Kissan Package by Islamabad High Court and said that the Rs341 billion Kissan Package will benefit farmers of the entire country, particularly the small farmers.
‘Farmers will get subsidised loans for agriculture, increased compensation to rice and cotton growers and increase of per index value unit of land from Rs2,000 to Rs4,000.
He reiterated that the package was for the farmers of Pakistan and will be implemented without any political or regional bias.
