Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zaka Ullah has underlined the need to utilize available resources to make defence of the country invincible.
Addressing certificate-distribution ceremony at Pakistan Navy War College Lahore, he said threats to national security and sovereignty cannot be ignored.
He said “authoritarian and repressive thinking is getting stable in our neighbouring countries but, we cannot compromise on our country’s security.”
Despite limited budget, government is providing sufficient resources, he said. Now it is our duty to provide invincible defense to the country, he added.
He advised graduating officers that being the leader they should make firm and strong decision so they can take best out of their own.
Naval Chief also congratulated the officers and also appreciated Pakistan Navy War College and National Defence University.
