KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI)  Chairman Imran Khan has sent a categorical message that political differences apart, the whole nation is united for the defence of the country.

Talking to media at a local hotel here on Sunday Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan regretted that on the one hand the Indian Prime Minister was offering to jointly fight poverty and unemployment  while simultaneously threatening to isolate Pakistan in the international community,

He said that peace in the subcontinent and restoration of trade relations were the best options for overcoming poverty.

The PTI chairman said that India accused Pakistan for the Uri attack without carrying out any investigation.  He said contradictory statements are emanating from India because the people of Kashmir have decided that they would not remain under Indian rule.

Imran Khan said a few Kashmiris who were supporters of India are now openly opposing the atrocities being committed against Kashmiris to suppress their demand for right to self determination.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan said instead of attending the demands of Kashmiris, India has started negative propaganda against Pakistan to divert international attention on Kashmir. He again said that the whole country is on one page as far as its unity and sovereignty is concerned and his differences with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif are on corruption. He warned India that if she committed any misadventure, the whole nation would stand at a united platform and behind the armed forces. —APP
