Nation demand indiscriminate accountability: Liaqat Baloch

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami General Secretary Liaqat Baloch has said that the nation demanded indiscriminate accountability.

While addressing to an Iftar party at Eidgah Park Bihar Colony in Lyari,  Liaqat Baloch said people would come on the streets and punish the corrupt elements, if the government fail to form Judicial Commission. He  said Karachi is the economical hub of the country and disorder in the city eventually effect the whole country.

He said United States supporting India and distances were being created between Pakistan and Afghanistan under a conspiracy. He lashed out at the rulers and said they kept criminal silence over executions in Bangladesh on the stimulus of India.

He stressed to review strategy on National Action Plan (NAP) and said that a conspiracy was being hatched to fail the NAP.

Baloch said first Russia destroyed Afghanistan and now US creating disturbance in the county. He said corruption had destroyed Pakistan and added the Rs8,000 billion corruption was being conducted annually in the country.

The JI leader said hundreds of mega corruption cases were on pending in National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

He said the nation demanded to form Judicial Commission immediately so as to apply indiscriminate accountability. Baloch said there was nothing for the common people in the corrupt budget. He demanded to restore peace in the metropolis Karachi.
