ISLAMABAD: National Assembly has passed a censure motion against genocide of Rohingya Muslims. Federal Minister Rana Tanveer had tabled the resolution in the house. The resolution was approved unanimously by the house here on Wednesday.
The resolution demanded the UN to take immediate notice of genocide of Muslims in Rohingya.
The National Assembly on Wednesday passed a resolution expressing deep concerns over the heinous crimes being committed by religious extremists against the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
The resolution called upon the government to emphasized upon the Myanmar government to restore peace in the country. The resolution also called upon the OIC to take necessary action in the matter.
