ISLAMABAD: To express solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir, the National Assembly (NA) on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution here.
Syed Fakhar Imam, the PTI lawmaker and chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir had moved the motion ahead of the Kashmir Solidarity Day observed on Feb 5 every year.
PTI leader Fakhar Imam read out the motion on the floor of the House.
He said that the people of Kashmir had been under occupation by Indian forces for decades.
