Karachi: Rangers officials demanded Director General NADRA to provide biometric system on each polling both. They said in a letter that this facility is necessary to keep the by-polls free and fair. They asked the DG,NADRA to install CC TV cameras on all polling booths in the vicinity of NA-246.
Sources Election Commission of Pakistan said that first time in Pakistan biometric systems were demanded.769 biometric machines were required to fulfill the demand.
