Muslims of subcontinent gave immense sacrifices for Pakistan: Sirajul Haq

MANSOORA: Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq has said that Muslims of subcontinent gave immense sacrifices for the creation of Pakistan and added that the country is an special gift of Almighty Allah for the Muslims of the subcontinent.

While addressing to flag hoisting ceremony in Mansoora, Haq said that Hundreds of thousands of youths, women and children laid down their lives for Pakistan. He said that Pakistan was the second state in the world after Madina, established on the base of “Kalma Tayyaba.”

He said unfortunately liberal and secular forces captured Pakistan after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

He continued that those who got the government on the base of their wealth betrayed with the ideology of Pakistan and cheated the masses.

The JI leader said that Pakistan split due to the rulers’ wrong policies and the state deprived of its destiny, the Islamic revolution. He said federal capital had turned into a graveyard of living dead and there was no sign of life.

Haq said that anti-Muslim and anti-state forces besieged Pakistan and India wanted to hit our sovereignty. He said bloodshed in cities worried people about their safety. He warned that if the rulers did not awake, the country will have to face any other great tragedy.

Haq said that future of Pakistan is enlightened and linked with Islam. He said that those people who wanted to transform Pakistan into a secular country should leave the state. He said Kashmiris were fighting for the completion and survival of Pakistan.

He said the day will come soon, when Independence Day will be celebrated jointly in Islamabad and Srinagar. The JI leader said that they wanted such a Pakistan where Quran and Sunnah were dominated.
