PARIS: A 15-Year high school Muslim girl sent home for wearing long shirt in France. Head teacher of the school felt that the long skirt expressed her faith and it was a violation of secularity. So the student was banned from taking her classes.
The school management said that the long shirt represent a sign of Muslim faith that violate secular rules.
The incident raised questions over basic human rights in France. Although the girl was not excluded from the school but she was asked to come with short skirt if she wanted to join the school.
Basic human rights are being violated under cover of secularism in France. It was not the only anti Muslim incident in the state, there is a history of these types of discriminations carrying out with Muslims.
