Defence Housing Authority has confiscated three properties of former president and army Chief Pervez Musharraf, reported Tuesday.
As per details, the sessions Judge South summoned a reply from DHA authorities after court ordered seizure of Musharraf’s properties and assets earlier.
To which, director of the housing society, Colonel (r) Rizwan Sheikh presented a report which stated that the former president owns three installations in Defence area and Clifton.
Plot number 172 in Khayaban-e-Faisal Phase-VIII, Plot number 3-1/1 in Beach Street in Phase-VIII and plot number 3-1/2 in Phase-I are owned by Musharraf, the report states.
The Karachi court followed up on special court’s order issued on July 19 in Islamabad. Special court had ordered to freeze bank accounts and assets of the former army chief and adjourned the hearing until his arrest or surrender.
