ISLAMABAD: Accepting the interior ministry plea, the Islamabad High Court here on Wednesday stopped the special court from announcing verdict in the high treason case against Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf.
Earlier in the day, the court had reserved judgment on the petitions seeking to set aside the special court’s verdict to give its decision in the high treason case against Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf.
The petitions were filed by Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf and the interior ministry.
The special court is due to announce the verdict tomorrow (Nov 28) in the high treason case against Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf.
