ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency on Wednesday submitted a challan in the Anti Terrorism Court against accused Sufyan Zafar in the Mumbai attack case.
Judge Sohail Ikram of Anti Terrorism Court heard the case and during the course of proceedings, FIA submitted challan against arrested Sufyan Zaffar and declared the accused innocent.
According to challan, Sufyan transferred Rs 14,000 in a bank account and during investigation told that he transferred the said money to his brother’s account.
The court had fixed September 22 for examination of Al-four boat which was allegedly used by terrorists to travel India from Karachi.
The commission nominated by the court would visit Karachi to examine the boat. FIA had requested the court to examine boat as it was important evidence in this regard.
