Multan division earns record profit: PR

MULTAN: Multan division’s freignt trains have earned record profit about Rs 40.5 million during current month (March).

This was stated by Chief Controller of Pakistan Railways Malik Nasim Dogar while talking to APP on Tuesday.

He expressed hope the profit would be increased further in coming days. He said, presently they were facing shortage of engines for freight trains from different stations in Multan division on daily basis. For this, he said he had already forwarded a proposal to Railways headquarter last month.
