KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Khawaja Izhar-ul-Hassan on Wednesday said MQM members of provincial assembly had resigned, therefore, would not attend Sindh Assembly meeting on Thursday.
‘All the elected representatives of MQM have resigned from the assemblies. The members will not go to the assemblies meeting,’ he said in a statement.
He said all the resigned MPAs were busy in submitting forms for local government elections.
This should be noted that talks over resignations of MQM MNAs is held in abeyance for a month.
