Vawda seeks unconditional apology from SC in contempt case

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Vawda while commenting on MQM leaders’ resignation from parliament and Sindh Assembly said that MQM only wants an end to Karachi operation.

“Rangers have broken their backbone, their criminal activities in Karachi operation”, remarked Vawda.

He went on to say that the only party which will be hit by MQM’s resignations will be Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), the Sindh province’s ruling party.

Vawda maintained that the terrorist faction of MQM and Altaf Hussain’s terrorism is threatened by Karachi operation and their weak position did not allow them to do strikes which led them to this decision.
