KARACHI: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) on Wednesday decided to make its member of provincial assembly (MPA) Khawaja Izahar Ul Hassan as opposition leader in Sindh Assembly.
Talking to media outside Sindh assembly building the party MPA Syed Sardar Ahmed said that the party has decided to make Khwaja Izhar Ul Hassan as opposition leader in the assembly.
He told that the MQM has strength of 51 members in the assembly whereas current Opposition Leader Shaharyar Mahar was elected on the position just getting 21 votes.
Sardar Ahmed said that they will play the role of forceful opposition adding that they will not let any wrongdoings.
