Sindh High Court has annulled Anti corruption court’s sentence on Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Ali Nawaz Shah.
A petition was filed by Ali Nawaz Shah’s wife in which she stated that the court gave the judgment against her husband without completing legal formalities.
The court hearing the application annulled ACC’s sentence of PPP’s Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) and order NAB officials to present before the court on 21 september.
It is pertinent to mention here that the ACC court sentenced PPP leader for four-year prison over massive corruption.
