ISLAMABAD: At least 400 people sustained head injuries while performing one-wheeling on motorbikes on roads in Islamabad and Rawalpindi from chand raat till the third day of Eid.
Majority of the victims were between the ages of 15 and 25 years.
Four people were reportedly injured while performing one-wheeling in the city and were taken to the hospital, Rescue 1122 Rawalpindi said.
Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), the capital’s largest public hospital, received over 200 people with head injuries. Of them 30 were brought in serious condition, 60 were admitted and 20 operations were performed.
