Police and sensitive institutions conducted raids in different parts of the twin cities, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and arrested more than 100 suspected foreigners.
Joint raids conducted by police and sensitive institutions arrested more than 100 suspected Afghan citizens allegedly residing illegally in the twin cities.
Police sources said that the raided areas include Tarnol, Peru Dhai, Golra and Bhara Kahu. The sources added that the arrested persons were shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
