KARACHI: Thirty more Commandos including senior officers of Special Security Unit Sindh Police have successfully completed training on the effective use of 12.7 mm Anti-Aircraft Gun Course at Pakistan Army Firing Range in Kotri, Sindh.
According to a press release issued here, Under the orders of the Commandant SSU Maqsood Ahmed, the Commandos including senior officers are acquiring training about the use of multipurpose weapons which play an effective role to target the terrorists’ and hardened criminals’ hideouts from the long range.
It is mentioned here that 43 Commandos including 08 lady Commandos have already acquired training about the use of multipurpose weapons making the total to 73 trained Commandos in SSU.
The Commandant SSU have thanked the Pakistan Army Trainers for extending their support for providing professional training aimed at enhancing capabilities and professionalism of SSU Commandos.
Maqsood Ahmed also congratulated the Commandos for successful completing the professional training course.—APP
