ISLAMABAD: Mobile phone services that were shut down in several areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have started resuming.
The services were shut down due to security reasons as a rehearsal was underway for the celebrations of Pakistan’s Independence Day, that will fall on Friday August, 14.
The services that were shut for a samll period of time started resuming.
Heavy contingents of police and security forces are deployed in Islamabad for security on Independence Day.
