The main accuse in Dr. Imran Farooq Murder case, Moazzam Ali Khan has filed an application for bail on Monday.
As per details, Moazzam Ali filed bail application though his advocates Shahid Kamal Khan and Manzoor Afridi in which the accused stated that there is no evidence of direct involvement in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader murder. Due to this reason anti-terrorism act cannot be implemented on him.
The applicant stated that, the assassination had happened in London while the planning of murder was made in Karachi and the case registered in Islamabad which is against the law.
