MMA leadership will resolve civic issues after winning elections: Hafiz Naeem

+KARACHI: The President Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) Karachi Chapter Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the MMA would resolve the water supply and sewerage issues of the residents of North Nazimabad, adding that those who had been taken votes from the masses have badly failed to deliver the people of the metropolis.

The MMA Supreme leader was stated this during his visit to different areas of PS-129 (North Nazimabad.

The area people welcomed the MMA leader and assured their full support and cooperation in upcoming general elections-2018.

The MMA leader Hafiz Naeem further said that those rulers who were taken votes from the masses just to enjoy the luxurious, perks and previliges of the government and not to pay heed towards the burning issues of the masses like water shortage and power outages.

Hafiz Naeem further said that the masses would reject those fake leaders on 25-July and vote for “Book” on that day.

Hafiz Naeem further said that the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) elected city nazims Abdul Sattar

Afghani and Niamatullah Khan in their reigns were worked for the eradication of the water issues, adding that the former Nazim Abdul Sattar Afghani was brought 165mgd water from Hub River for the masses and Niamatullah Khan was introduced 100mgd water through K-2 and K-4, but afterwards the reigns of Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal were not provided a single drop of water for the Karachiites and the mega project of K-4 is still not completed yet after passing several years, adding that it estimated cost has also been increased from Rs16billion to Rs50billion.

“The MMA leadership will ensure provision of basic necessities of life to the masses after winning the general elections-2018”, Hafiz Naeem added.
