Missing persons’ case: SHC accepts unconditional apology of federal interior secretary

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Thursday accepted unconditionally apology of the federal interior secretary and directed him to appear alongwith detailed reply in the next hearing.

The court heard the missing persons’ case in which the interior secretary, attorney general and others appeared.

During the hearing, the interior secretary submitted an unconditional apology as well as reply to two show-cause notices to the court.

In the written apology, the secretary said that he respects the court but could not appear due to his tight schedule. He assured the court of implementing all its orders in future.
