Finally a ray of hope for injured pacer Ihsanullah as chairman Mohsin Naqvi takes notice of the mishandling of his injury by the Pakistan Cricket Board officials.

The lanky pacer burst onto the scene with impressive performance in the Pakistan Super League. However, his unfortunate elbow injury during the New Zealand series shelved him completely.

He missed key events like Asia Cup, World Cup and most recently the PSL season nine.

Ihsanullah’s case was first incorrect diagnosed followed by a filed surgery in Lahore, which prolonged his recovery.

PCB officials, including a senior doctor, initially misdiagnosed him, wasting time on rehabilitation.

However, Multan Sultans, the franchise he plays for in the PSL, took matters in their own hands and consulted experts over the pacer’s case.

It is revealed that he needed specialized treatment in the UK, which is now funded by his PSL team.

Naqvi is displeased with the PCB’s handling of the situation and may take action against those responsible.

“Mohsin Naqvi is very upset after this incident came out in the open and he came to know about it. Chances are that some of the officials responsible for supervising Ehsan’s treatment will find themselves out of jobs very soon,” the report suggest.

Sultans’ owner Ali Tareen has revealed that all expenses for Ihsanullah’s treatment abroad, as well as his living expenses, have been covered by the Sultans.

They also provided accommodations to the pacer and his family during his rehabilitation period in Lahore.
