Senate chairman Mian Raza Rabbani has summoned session of the Upper House on October 5, 2015 to hold discussions over Mina stampede during Hajj.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Advisor Foreign Affairs were also summoned to brief the Senate regarding current situation of the Pakistanis post Mina incident.
It should be mentioned that the federal authorities have confirmed martyrdom of 36 Pakistanis in Mina horror while hundreds were still missing.
According to Ministry of Religious Affairs, 216 missing nationals have came into contact with the Pakistani authorities in Saudi Arabia while search out is continued for 85 more missing nationals.
