LAHORE: Milk supplies to the city were disrupted on Thursday as many retailers observed a strike in Lahore.
The strike call was given in protest against the city government’s officials ruthless behaviour.
Milk sellers suspended the sale of milk in the city and said the officials use to fine them over the claim of selling adult rated milk.
It is pertinent to mention here that, due to milk owners strike, majority of shops were kept shut while in a few areas milk supply is available where a large number of people gathered to buy the milk.
Locals demanded to the government to take notice of the strike and settle the matter.
