Islamabad: National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser has said that he and his family members were recovering well from the coronavirus infection.
In a video posted on Twitter, the Speaker thanked all the people who specially prayed for his health.
اللہ پاک کے کرم سے میرے بچے اور میں بہت تیزی سے صحت یاب ہو رہے ہیں۔ تمام احباب کی خصوصی دعائوں کا شکر گزار ہوں۔
قدرت کی طرف سے جاری امتحان کا ہمیں صبر اور استقامت سے سامنا کرنا ہے۔ میری اللہ تعالی سے دعا ہے کہ پوری دنیا میں جاری اس بیماری سے تمام انسانوں کی حفاظت فرما۔۔

He said that we have to face this testing times with patience.
Qaiser prayed to the Allah to protect all the human beings from that pandemic.
Earlier on Friday, National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, his son and daughter, had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
He said that he had developed fever symptoms before getting himself tested.
According to the health ministry data, over 150,000 people will contract the coronavirus by May 30 in the country.
The data suggests that the graph of confirmed cases would flatten in the month of June. In July, the graph will start declining, the data shows.
The health ministry data says the stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilators is sufficient for the month of May. However, in June there will be a shortage of them.
