Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Masood Khan has been elected as president of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK).
As per details, polling for election of Azad Jammu and Kashmir president was held at Muzaffarabad.
Members of Legislative Assembly and Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council exercised their right of vote to elect the new President.
Muhammad Masood Khan elected as the new President by getting 42 votes against Chaudhry Latif Akbar of PPP who got 6 votes only.
