Talking to media in Jati Umrah, Maryam Nawaz said that the tragedy of Machh was a very sad and heartbreaking incident. Innocent workers were brutally killed.
She said that this oppression has been going on with the Hazara community for a long time, people are sitting on the streets with the bodies of their loved ones, their sorrows and wounds cannot be healed.
Maryam said that the state is like a mother but the government is showing indifference. The whole nation is mourning over the Machh tragedy, which should not be politicised, she added.
