RAWALPINDI: Major General (R) Ehtesham Zamir passed away on Monday (today) morning in Rawalpindi.
His funeral to be offered in Bahria Town Phase four at 1730 PST on Monday evening..
He was head of political wing of Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) back in 2002. Besides that he also served on many positions in Pakistan Army.
He was the son of renowned Urdu humorous poet the Zamir Jafri born.
Major General Ehtesham Zamir became column writer for a Urdu daily after retirement from his army career.
