GUJRANWALA: The main accuse of Chaudhary Shamshad Khan murder, Tariq Potwari has been killed in police encounter on Saturday in Gujranwala.
As per details, police raided at the house near Nafa Tower on intelligence information. The suspect opened fire on the arrival of raiding party.
In retaliation, police killed the main accuse on the spot. The deceased was identified as Tariq Potwari.
The body was shifted to the hospital.
It is pertinent to mention here that, last year Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Chaudhary Shamshad Khan was killed along with his friend and son.
