LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Monday appeared before the police in Southwark Police Station in money laundering case and received extension in bail by February 2016.
Sources said that Altaf Hussain was interrogated about three hours in the police station. MQM chief was given four months bail extension. MQM chief Altaf Hussain arrived at London’s Southwark police station on Monday to attend a bail hearing in a money laundering case.
The MQM leader earlier left his Edgeware residence accompanied by associates identified as Muhammad Anwar, Barrister Saif and Farooq Sattar.
