LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has reinstated Managing Director of Sui Northern Gas Arif Hameed after issuing the stay order on his termination.
Justice Mamoon Rasheed hearing the case on Tuesday issued that stay order on termination of Arif Hameed who was removed by the federal government.
The advocate of MD Sui Northern stated that federal government doesn’t have rights to remove his client from the post.
Court after the initial hearing of the case issued that stay order and reinstated Arif Hameed and ordered Ministry of Petroleum secretary and other parties to present their answers by September 17.
