Sindh Home Minister Sohail Anwar Siyal said banned terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has claimed the responsibility of Jacobabad blast.
Talking to media in Jacobabad he said that it was suicide attack, which is not a security error but it happened due to organiser error.
He said administration was ordered not to switch off the light but they did it.
Sohail said there was tight security due to which attacker failed to hit the main target.
IG Sindh has taken the notice and ordered to summon a report of the attack, for which he also formed a two member committee, Sohail added.
It is pertinent to mention here that, the death toll of the suicide attack which ripped through a Muharram procession rose to 24 on Saturday.
