ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif has said that the legislation passed in recent days in the parliament is unconstitutional.

The National Assembly session began under the chairmanship of Speaker Asad Qaiser here on Thursday.

Expressing his views, PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif said that people elected us but what had happened during the last five days in the house was regrettable.

He said that millions of rupees are spent for a National Assembly session.

“Unfortunately, the recent legislation is unconstitutional,” he said. I appeal to the Speaker to review the legislation, he added.
