LARKANA: Stray dogs bit 26 people, women and children among them, in a single day here in Larkana.
The stray dogs mauled 26 people in different areas of the district including Dokri and Ratodero, hospital sources said. They added that 26 victims included 13 men, seven children and six women.
They injured were transported to the Chandka Medical Hospital where they administered vaccination against dog-bite.
Earlier, the Sindh High Court, Sukkur bench, had ruled that if anyone is bitten by a dog, the membership of the respective member of Sindh Assembly would be suspended.
