KARACHI: Sindh Home Department has imposed ban under section 144 on carrying fire arms, hatches, explosive material, political slogans and posters, movement of heavy or Hay-loader vehicles towards the Sehwan Sharif in view of the Urs of famous saint Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalander.
The Urs of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalander (RA) to be celebrated from Shaban 18, 1437 (expected on May 24 to 25) at Sehwan Sharif and a large number of people will participate from all parts of the country, said a statement on Wednesday.
It said that ban is also imposed on movement of heavy / Bhoosa loaded vehicles towards Sehwan Sharif and shall divert from Dadu to Moro and T-Moro to Hala and swimming in Aral Wah Danaster Wah and Sam Nali – Sehwan Sharif. The ban is imposed with effect from May 20 to 28 that is till end of the Urs.
