KARACHI: Black day will be observed on Monday (today) in University of Karachi against the killing of its assistant professor Dr Waheed-ur- Rehman as the university opened after closure of three days in mourning of Dr Rehman.
In this regard vice-president of Karachi University Teachers Association Dr Muttahir Ahmed said that teachers will attend the classes wearing black strip as a protest against murder of the university teacher.
Ahmed added that black flags will be hoisted at all the gates of the university. He said that a rally will also be brought out against the killing of Rehman on Tuesday (tomorrow).
