The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) assembly has approved dissolution of airport tax by passing resolution tabled by Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) lawmaker Sikandar Sherpao.
The resolution sought ending of airport tax by the federal government for the Pakistanis employed in foreign countries.
On the event, opposition councillors protested against district government budget in the assembly.
