SOCHI: United States State Secretary of State John Kerry met Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. They shake hands to release tension between America and Russia. The relations between US and Russia went wrong over Ukraine and Syria issues.
Kerry held more than four hours talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a hotel in the Black Sea resort of Sochi before meeting with Putin. The top US diplomat sought Russian support to make a complete and durable ceasefire accord in Ukraine.
