KARACHI: Rangers on Thursday ahead start of polling in by-election on NA-246 arrested a man from Federal B Area block 9 and recovered ammunition from the man.
According to the details, the man identified to be Abid Khan was arrested from Hussainbad area of Karachi early in the morning by Rangers which is included in the by-election constituency.
Ammunitions recovered from Abid Khan include five sub-machine guns, a light-machine gun and bullets of these guns.
The Rangers spokesman said Abid Khan belonged to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
